i think that he was afraid that even in a chinse prison halfway across
the world and surronded by armed guards Jack could get to him and stop
his plans. how dumb do you have to be to try and kill Jack? killing
Jack doesn't make him dead. it only pisses him off. and you wouldn't
like a pissed off Jack Bauer.
