In the TV show "My Name is Earl"?

Can anyone tell me who Dodge and Earl Jr.'s real fathers are, and if
Joy is even their real birth mother?
FYI neither earl nor crabman are the kids real dads it was revealed in
what was supposed to be a 2 parter episode but part 2 never aired/
